This Privacy Policy applies to fashionfoundersacademy.com, operated by Fashion Founders Academy, the public brand of Lauren Reid LLC ("Fashion Founders Academy," "we," "us"). You can reach us about privacy at support@fashionfoundersacademy.com.

When you register for the Masterclass, join a waitlist, sign up for the Academy email list, take a quiz, or make a purchase, we collect the information you provide, such as your first name, email address, quiz answers, and your selected session or offer. When you buy a program, we also keep transaction-related information such as the offer purchased and your confirmation email.

Payment card details are entered directly into our payment processor, Stripe, at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We do not run advertising pixels, analytics trackers, or session-recording tools on this site. Like most websites, our hosting and database providers may process standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs to operate and secure the site.

We use the information we collect to register you for sessions, deliver purchase confirmations and program details, operate waitlists and email lists you asked to join, respond to your questions, process payments, and keep the site secure. When you join a waitlist or register for a free session, we use your email for that purpose; we do not treat it as blanket consent for unrelated marketing.

We share information with the service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payment processing), our hosting provider (site delivery), our database provider (secure storage of registrations and waitlists), and email delivery services used to send confirmations and updates. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, and to meet legal, accounting, and security obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop emails, by contacting support@fashionfoundersacademy.com. Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

We are a small California business and do not currently meet the thresholds that make the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) legally applicable to us. Even so, we voluntarily honor reasonable requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information through the contact above. If the CCPA or another privacy law becomes applicable to us, we will provide the rights that law requires.

Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures.

Because we do not run analytics or advertising trackers, there is no tracking for a browser "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal to stop, and we do not knowingly allow third parties to collect information about your online activities over time or across other sites through this site. Standard server logs, described above, are unaffected by these signals.

Our site and programs are intended for adults building businesses. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a revised date.
