Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through Fashion Founders Academy, the public brand of Lauren Reid LLC ("Fashion Founders Academy," "we," "us"). Questions about this policy can be sent to support@fashionfoundersacademy.com.

Cancellations received at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of a live program are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations received within 48 hours of the program start are non-refundable.

We understand that unexpected circumstances happen. In certain situations, Fashion Founders Academy may, at its discretion, allow a registration to be transferred to a future session or cohort, subject to availability. Transfers are not guaranteed and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request a cancellation, email support@fashionfoundersacademy.com from the email address used at checkout. The time we receive your email determines which rule applies.

If Fashion Founders Academy cancels or materially reschedules a program, participants will have the option to receive a full refund or transfer their registration.

LaunchPad is a self-paced digital course. Once paid access to the course has been granted, the purchase is final and non-refundable, because you receive immediate access to proprietary educational content, frameworks, tools, and downloadable resources.

If you experience a genuine technical or access problem, contact support@fashionfoundersacademy.com and we will work with you to restore your access.

The Fashion Brand Blueprint Masterclass is free, and The Blueprint book and LaunchPad waitlists involve no payment, so no refund terms apply to them.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. The time it takes for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider or bank and is outside our control.

Nothing in this policy limits or waives any consumer rights that cannot legally be limited or waived under the law that applies to you. Where applicable law gives you greater rights than this policy, that law prevails.
